I offer professional counseling for individuals, couples and families. I work with adults and teenagers, specializing in marital therapy, divorce recovery, co-parenting, and abuse, in addition to spiritual & creative formation.

 

My approach to therapy emphasizes relational authenticity, walking alongside my clients toward healing of symptoms and fullness of life. (And we laugh a lot.)

 

After graduating from the University of Florida with bachelor's degrees in Psychology and English, I earned a master's degree in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. I've served in church ministry and private practice counseling for the past 14 years. I love living & working in downtown Orlando.
